We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing team in Malta.

As a Compliance Officer within our team, you will support the organisation’s regulatory and compliance framework by monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to licensing conditions across regulated markets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies to provide guidance on compliance matters, support audits and reporting obligations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance practices across the business.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor and stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.

• Draft, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing conditions and regulatory standards.

• Support licensing administration, including preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documentation.

• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters and coordinate with regulatory authorities when required.

• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring findings are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

• Manage and respond to due diligence requests from third parties and partners.

• Collaborate with Customer Support and Training teams to support training initiatives related to Responsible Gaming (RG), AML, and security protocols.

• Ensure all required regulatory reports are submitted accurately and within set deadlines.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance frameworks, processes, and controls across the organisation.

Who are you?

• Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory, or risk-related role within the iGaming or regulated industry.

• Solid knowledge of gaming regulations, with hands-on exposure to the following markets: DGOJ and KSA or SGA and Ontario considered a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of licensing requirements, compliance monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and multiple priorities.

• Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to compliance practices

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
