The KSA Main Representative / Regulatory Liaison (Netherlands) is a senior role within our Compliance & Responsible Gaming function and serves as the primary point of contact between our online gambling operator and the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA).

You’ll lead regulator-facing communication and ensure the latest Dutch Responsible Gaming requirements and market trends are reflected in strong, practical policies and procedures across the business. This is a senior, high-trust position for someone who can confidently engage with a regulator, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead meaningful improvements to customer protection and compliance standards, while helping the business operate responsibly and successfully in a competitive market.

What will you be doing?

• Act as the primary point of contact and formal representative between the operator and the KSA, ensuring timely, accurate communication.

• Manage day-to-day regulatory engagement, including responses to KSA queries, information requests, audits, regulatory research, and follow-ups.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Dutch regulatory and Responsible Gaming / duty of care requirements and translate updates into operational changes.

• Own and maintain Netherlands Responsible Gaming policy alignment, ensuring changes are embedded into policies, controls, and procedures in practice.

• Ensure regulatory readiness by coordinating governance and evidence (audit trails, action trackers, documentation) to demonstrate compliance when requested.

Who are you?

• Prior experience engaging directly with the KSA or supporting KSA audits / requests.

• Experience building or improving Responsible Gaming frameworks, procedures, and quality assurance in the Netherlands market.

• Familiarity with incident management, regulatory reporting, and maintaining evidence packs/audit trails.

• You combine strong Dutch regulatory knowledge with the ability to operationalise compliance, turning requirements into day-to-day behaviours, controls, and documentation that consistently meet KSA expectations.

• You can handle complex complaints and sensitive responsible gaming matters with professionalism, empathy, and strong regulatory awareness.
