We are looking for a talented Linux Infrastructure Engineer to help design, operate, and optimize the systems underpinning our production platform. You’ll work on availability, performance, security, and scalability across environments serving more than 50,000 monthly active users.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain and manage Ubuntu Server 22.04+ environments via command-line interface

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker

• Manage high-availability clusters using Pacemaker, Corosync, and CRMsh

• Handle server hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance at datacenter facilities

• Implement and maintain robust backup and data transfer solutions using rsync, SCP, FTP, and related tools

• Configure and manage network infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash to streamline operations

• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and CDN configurations via Cloudflare

• Respond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents and system outages

• Perform remote server management via SSH and other secure access methods

Who are you?

• Experienced Linux systems administrator

• Natural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues

• Proficient with standard CLI tools and comfortable living in the terminal

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with high-availability clustering technologies

• Comfortable working with server hardware and willing to visit datacenters when needed

• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure when systems are down

• Strong Bash scripting skills for automation and system management

• Team-oriented individual capable of thriving in a high-paced environment
