We're looking for a Casino Coordinator to join our growing team.

As a Casino Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end game release lifecycle, ensuring product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across all gaming content.

You will also play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our casino product across multiple regulated markets, including the Netherlands, Spain and Denmark.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external content providers, you will help ensure a seamless and engaging gaming experience for our players while maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency, compliance, and content quality.

What will you be doing?

Game Release & Product Ownership:

• Own and manage the full game release lifecycle including certifications, testing, launch coordination, and post-release validation.

• Take full ownership of the Games catalogue, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimal presentation.

• Coordinate, manage and prioritize game releases in alignment with business and market needs in collaboration with third-party game providers

• Act as a main point of escalation for release-related issues.

• Maintain accurate game categorisation, descriptions, promotional assets, and related content across the platform.
  
  

Casino Operations & Monitoring:

• Monitor the day-to-day performance of the casino product across all markets, ensuring games, promotions, and platform content are functioning as expected.

• Identify, investigate, and escalate operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Support the ongoing optimisation of the casino offering to enhance the player experience.

• Support the Head of Casino with ad hoc analysis and operational requests/insights.

Promotional & Campaign Support:

• Assist in the planning, setup, launch, and monitoring of casino promotions, tournaments, and campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement.

Compliance & Certification Management:

• Ensure all games have the required certifications for each market and license.

• Maintain accurate records of certifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all jurisdictional requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Ensure casino-related updates, launches, and issues are communicated effectively across the business.

• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and game providers

• Provide senior-level support to Customer Support.

• Support strategic initiatives such as new market entries and provider integrations.

Product Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular quality assurance checks on games, promotions, and casino content.

• Ensure content and operational processes comply with market-specific regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Who are you?

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are considered a plus.

• Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Passionate about delivering an outstanding player experience and contributing to the success of the casino product.

• Previous experience within the iGaming industry, particularly in Casino Operations, Product Operations, CRM, Content Management, or a similar role, is considered an asset.

• Player-first mindset with a focus on product quality and performance.
