We are looking for a People Partner to join our growing team.

LCKY Group is looking to hire a People Partner to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across your assigned business area within our fast-paced, international iGaming environment.

Working closely with teams across Europe - with a strong focus on our Spain based operations - you’ll act as a trusted partner to both managers and employees. You’ll help ensure compliance with employment legislation, support People Operations, and contribute to building a high-performing, engaging workplace within a regulated industry.

What will you be doing?

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing day-to-day guidance in line with employment law and company policies.

• Serve as the go-to expert for Spanish employment legislation and compliance.

• Manage employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and probation processes.

• Coach managers on people management, engagement, and performance best practices.

• Support organisational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in the HRIS in line with GDPR.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for Spain, working closely with the local Gestoria and the Group Payroll Manager.

• Prepare employee documentation (contracts, amendments, promotions, salary reviews, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with Spanish employment regulations and internal procedures.

• Support key HR cycles (performance reviews, engagement surveys, talent reviews, salary benchmarking).

• Continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.

• Support the Payroll Manager and local Gestoria with monthly payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, variable pay, leave records) via the HRIS.

• Assist with benefits administration, including private healthcare, wellbeing initiatives, and employee queries.

• Support the Payroll Manager with payroll reconciliations, audits, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies in line with Spanish law and iGaming regulations.

• Stay up to date with legislative changes and advise stakeholders on potential business impact.

• Assist with HR reporting (headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, labour documentation).

• Support audits and compliance initiatives related to employment practices.

• Contribute to People initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and wellbeing.

• Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• Collaborate with Office & Facilities and Marketing teams on internal events, team-building activities, and employer branding.

Who are you?

• Hold proven experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner role, ideally within the iGaming environment.

• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR compliance practices.

• Experience managing employee relations matters and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and regulated environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Experience working with HRIS systems and supporting payroll processes.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to balance operational and strategic HR responsibilities.

• Fluent level of English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
