Account Manager
What will you be doing?
Build and manage close relationships with the allocated B2C partners with the primary objective to drive revenues and activity across Swintt products
Regular meetings, calls and projects with our partners to ensure close working relations, understanding of the partners needs, wants and issues to spot new opportunities
Identify business opportunities and growth opportunities of our customers
Define the customer roadmap through an agreed customer account plan
Ensure optimal positioning for Swintt content and smooth delivery of all Swintt products
Create innovative promotions across your customer group working with our clients to compile data and insights on product performance versus that of competitors, the effects of targeted campaigns and promotions etc.
Up-sell the existing clients for new products and premium offerings. Work with them to broaden the product footprint within their business.
Maintain tracking, reporting and analysis of performance KPI’s
Perform financial follow-up and reporting both internally and externally
Ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation
Engage in contract management and contract governance
Maintain visibility of issues
Liaise with the Product team as well as other internal departments to effectively respond to clients’ inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on client requirements, preferences and valued-added features.
Handle and prioritize daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions
Hands-on exhibition sales and customer management
Availability to travel as often as the company requires
