We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Administrator to join our growing team.

As a Legal & Compliance Administrator within our team, you will support the Legal & Compliance function by maintaining documentation, coordinating internal processes, and assisting with regulatory and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations and adherence to internal and external requirements.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain and update the contract management system, monitoring key dates such as renewals and expirations.

• Coordinate the execution and storage of agreements to ensure proper version control and documentation.

• Conduct basic legal research and summarise findings for internal stakeholders.

• Support the legal team with case preparation, regulatory filings, and document compilation.

• Support due-diligence processes for third parties, suppliers, and clients (example: AML/KYC checks depending on industry).

• Assist with updating internal policies and ensuring employees have access to current versions.

• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and help communicate updates to team members.

• Coordinate internal compliance communications, reminders, and guidance materials.

• Liaise with external law firms, regulators, and consultants as needed.

• Provide general departmental administrative support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous administrative experience (legal, compliance, regulatory, or corporate environment preferred).

• Secondary School Certificate/High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance, technology).

• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO standards, AML, or similar (depending on sector).
